Jonathan comes to The Lykos Group with extensive knowledge in the home-building industry, including experience as a plumbing technician. In his role as assistant superintendent, Jonathan provides support to project managers and superintendents with the oversight of homes, site maintenance and management of materials. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys boating, fishing small engine mechanics and four wheeling.
Jennifer joined The Lykos Group with 13 years of industry experience and a true passion for luxury custom homes. She is a Florida Licensed Realtor and has held an array of project management and sales positions. In her role as project manager, Jennifer oversees job schedules, bid negotiations, permitting and more. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys playing golf, pickle ball or bowling.
Kyle Fitzgerald chose The Lykos Group for its family style environment and the career growth opportunities it offers. With over 6 years in the industry, Kyle has worked with several construction companies overseeing jobs from start to finish. In his role as assistant superintendent, Kyle supports our superintendents with project schedules and budgets, vendor coordination and site safety. In his free time, Kyle enjoys golfing, fishing and watching football.
With 35 years of experience in the contracting industry, Maria brings extensive knowledge to her position as project manager. Her decision to join the Lykos team stemmed from their established reputation and organized structure. As project manager, she is responsible for the overall management and coordination of each project, including estimating, bid negotiations, contract assignment, permitting and scheduling. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the beach and being creative with painting or DIY projects.
With over 40 years of experience in the home construction industry, Sean Allton brings extensive knowledge and skill to The Lykos Group. He was drawn to working for Lykos from the company’s core values. In his position, he is responsible for monitoring project development, meeting all deadlines and ensuring quality work. When Sean is not working, you can find him watching college football.
In his role as superintendent, Brennen Bishop contributes an extensive 15-year background to The Lykos Group. His desire to join the Lykos team was driven by the company’s well-established procedures and organizational characteristics as a respected custom home builder. In his position, Brennen integrates the Lykos philosophies and platforms into every project, manages schedules, enforces safety protocols, fosters effective communication with subcontractors and ensures high quality work. In his free time, Brennen enjoys sports, fishing, diving and boating with his family.
With over 30 years in the industry, Jeff is a seasoned General Contractor with experience in both custom builds and remodels. As project manager, Jeff is responsible for managing and coordinating all project details from start to finish. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys sports, especially golf, and spending time with his family.
After 25 year in the construction industry, Gary chose The Lykos Group for our reputation, exceptional people and organization. As a project manager, he reviews plans and budgets and communicates with homeowners, supervisors and all parties involved. In his free time, you’ll likely find him on a boat or spending time with his daughter.
With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Chris brings extensive knowledge of project coordination, construction management and carpentry. In his role as project manager, Chris is responsible for communicating with trade partners and clients on a daily basis, reviewing budgets, maintaining schedules and creating a smooth process for all involved. He was attracted to Lykos for its family atmosphere and quality workmanship. In his free time, Chris enjoys boating and fishing.
Executive Vice President
Executive Vice President Kelly Lykos is married to Tom and came to work for LGI after leaving her career to raise their three children. Returning part-time in 2011, Kelly manages all aspects of the in-house payroll, including taxes, job costing and benefits packages. She also works closely with the accounting department to assist in other areas as needed. Previously, she held a management position in the timeshare industry as a regional manager with Hilton Grand Vacations.
Danielle Lykos, daughter of Tom Lykos, recently joined the industry after spending four years as a veterinary technician. She is eager to join the family business as an administrative assistant, helping the finance and accounting departments with purchase orders, subcontractor compliance and data entry. In her free time, Danielle enjoys riding her horse Frankie, camping, shopping and spending time with her mom and grandma.
Jerry Koncz has been in the industry for over 40 years with a drafting certificate from Kent State. His rich experience has included purchasing, architectural home plans, estimating, management, sales and marketing. In his role as project coordinator, Jerry ensures all important aspects of a project are running efficiently and on schedule. In his free time, Jerry enjoys woodworking, golf, traveling, spending time with his family and relaxing on the beach.
Joe Musser is a 38 year industry veteran and licensed general contractor. His extensive knowledge supports his role as project manager as he guides clients through the building process, coordinates subcontractors and oversees materials and finishes. In his spare time, Joe enjoys going to the beach, scuba diving and traveling.
As superintendent, Jerry is responsible for client communications, scheduling, project oversight and efficient problem solving. He has over 13 years of experience in cabinet installation, home warranty management and construction. In his spare time, Jerry enjoys bowling, fishing and spending time with his family.
Joseph Avvampato joined The Lykos Group as project manager with over 37 years of industry experience. In his role, Joseph provides crucial support to the senior project manager by keeping projects both on time and in order. In his career, Joseph has run his own construction company and also worked in concrete, excavation and painting. When he’s not on a job site, Joseph enjoys playing the guitar, boating and spending time with his family.
Micheal Harkless brings 11 years of industry experience to The Lykos Group in his role as superintendent. He is responsible for making sure all projects run efficiently and are completed at the highest quality. Before joining Lykos, Micheal worked as a master carpenter and carpenter lead. He was attracted to Lykos for its reputation and strong company history. When he is not at work, you can find him practicing his wood working skills, fishing or playing with his two lab puppies.
Viktoria is driven by her passion for design. In her role as design assistant, Viktoria supports the lead designer with client communications, selections and overall project oversight. She has previous experience working in interior design and event design and coordination. Viktoria is a mom of four and enjoys traveling and staying active.
With over 35 years of industry experience, including 30 years as a self-employed general contractor building and remodeling homes in the San Francisco Bay Area, Jim very capably wears two hats at Lykos. In short, he manages our projects and oversees daily progress from start to finish. He happened to meet superintendent Jim Sorrentino who told him what a great company Lykos is to work for. On any given day he’s not working, you’ll likely find Jim boating or golfing.
With over 30 years of experience, Tim brings a unique skill set and industry perspective to The Lykos Group. Specializing in new construction, remodeling and restoration, Tim also holds certifications in construction trades, blueprint reading and estimation teaching. As project manager, Tim obtains proposals, hires and manages subcontractors, maintains client communication and ensures all projects run smoothly. In his spare time, Tim enjoys hunting, fishing, boating and golfing. Tim also loves spending time with his fiancé, Simone, and their three fur babies, Bimmer, Molly and Bullet.
Demetrios Lykos, son of Principal Thomas Lykos, began working part-time at Lykos as an Assistant Superintendent while still in high school. Since then, Demetrios has gone on to become a full-time Assistant Superintendent, assisting in production on job-sites. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends.
Ricky Trimble began working for the Lykos Group in 2018 after initially working as a subcontractor on a Lykos project. With over 16 years of experience in the construction industry, Ricky wanted to continue his career with a company with a stellar reputation. As Assistant Superintendent, Ricky provides support to the Superintendents in every aspect of the construction process, from demolition to securing the job site at the end of the day. He helps to identify challenges and collaborate with the Superintendents to ensure a clean and orderly construction site. In his free time, Ricky enjoys fishing and cheering on his favorite football team, the Dallas Cowboys.
Jim brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry to the Lykos Group. Since joining the Lykos team, Jim has been overseeing the building process from start to finish, communicating with clients, coordinating subcontractors, managing budgets and ensuring projects are running on schedule. In his free time, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife Kellie and son Cullen.
Construction runs in the Campos family. Bill began his career as a laborer working for his father’s construction business over 20 years ago and worked his way up to Project Manager. Bill has many years of residential remodeling experience, both here in Southwest Florida and in New England. He has his Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural/Building Technology from the New England Institute of Technology and is a Licensed Certified Building Contractor in Florida. He enjoys all aspects of the remodeling process, from the design phase through turnover to the homeowner. As a Project Manager with The Lykos Group, Bill oversees all aspects of ongoing projects including communication with homeowners, submitting permit requirements, monitoring financials and coordinating with architects and designers. In his spare time, Bill enjoys golf, target shooting and spending time with friends and family.
As Project Manager, Jonathan’s primary objective is to work closely with clients and the Lykos team to manage construction projects from start to finish. He oversees projects, interacts with clients, and manages budgets. After graduating from the University of Florida with a BS Degree in Building Construction, Jonathan went on to become a Certified General Contractor, NKBA Certified Kitchen Designer and NARI Certified Remodeler. Jonathan has worked in the construction industry throughout the country and has over 20 years experience remodeling and building new homes. When he is not on-site, Jonathan enjoys photography, fishing and spending time with his son and wife.
Since 2016, Brittney has been a part of The Lykos Group working in all facets of the design and selection process. With an Associate of Science in Interior Design, Brittney is also working to pursue her National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) certification. Her passion for the field started early after receiving an internship under a licensed Interior Designer at an upscale home furnishings store. Her passion drives her commitment to clients and motivates her to continue developing her talents today.
Joni Long has served us well in accounts payable since 2016. She’s an industry veteran, with over three decades to her credit. Her world is filled with purchase orders, invoices, statements and subcontractors’ lien waivers. Joni earned her bachelor’s degree at Buffalo State College. Her favorite pastimes are spending time with family, painting watercolors, traveling and her comical cats—Moe, Larry and Curly.
Executive Assistant & HR Manager
As executive assistant to Tom Lykos, Carolle Dukes brings more than 25 years of experience in human resources and corporate recruiting to The Lykos Group. Carolle assists Tom with all administrative responsibilities related to sales, marketing, scheduling and office administration to ensure we remain focused on all client requests and priorities. She is also our human resources manager, responsible for recruiting, employee relations and benefits administration. Carolle holds a BS in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and an Associates degree in Psychology from Simmons College in Boston. A results-oriented person, she enjoys the day-to-day interaction with clients and colleagues, as well as watching projects come to fruition. Away from work, Carolle loves to read and learn about history and different cultures. She and her husband also spend time hiking and traveling.
Brittney is a design assistant with LGI. Since 2016, she has assisted the Senior Interior Designer in all facets of the design and selection process. Barb Lykos worked alongside her husband Sonny when he opened his doors in Naples in 1991, as well as when he founded and operated The Lykos Group in Chicago and Michigan. Today, with her son Tom running the business, she’s the office manager. In addition to serving as receptionist, she works with clients, subs and employees. Barb is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Jennifer Vogel graduated Magna Cum Laude from Husson University with a B.S. in Accounting. She has 20 years of financial experience, including a role at L.L. Bean® and a VP of finance position at a construction business in Freeport, Maine. At Lykos, Vogel manages all the financial operations of the corporate office with daily tasks like preparing corporate financial statements, developing long-term budgets and overseeing the HR division. When she’s not managing the books, Vogel enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
Kurt Cunard boasts an impressive 40 years of construction industry experience. He can count every aspect of the home building process as part of his repertoire, but since joining The Lykos Group in 2006, Cunard has acted as a superintendent. He prides himself on his network of positive relationships with subcontractors and his ability to see every project completed on time; when the client is happy, he’s happy. If you see Cunard away from the job site, he’ll be riding his Harley.
Thomas Cobb is a craftsman who’s hardwork has lead him from carpenter to superintendent. He began working in the building trade as a carpenter for a family remodeling company. 5 years later became a carpentry foreman, and 5 years after that, he became a structural superintendent. In 2011, Cobb joined The Lykos Group as a remodel superintendent, working to deliver projects in a timely manner and to the client’s exact specifications. When he’s not working, Cobb enjoys traveling and fishing.
Entering the construction industry literally on the “ground floor” as a project assistant for a commercial flooring company, and furthering her career with a stint as project administrator for a commercial general contractor, Robin has been with Lykos since 2016. As a Project Manager, she’s the VIP who helps work out those permit issues, obtains your Certificate of Completion and acts as liason between accounting, project management and construction, among many other responsibilities.
Senior Interior Designer
Karen Gomez holds a B.A. in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University, and A.A. in Interior Design from International Academy of Design & Technology. She is NCIDQ certified, and has held positions at several prominent design firms and showrooms. Gomez brings her fluency in design across the spectrum (anything from traditional to ultra-contemporary) to help clients create the perfect interiors. She is an active member of ASID and the CBIA Sand Dollar Awards committee. Gomez is a proud aunt and Anglophile who loves traveling and live concerts.
George Westgate’s passion is building—both homes and relationships. Westgate has been a Naples resident for over 30 years, but he hails from New Hampshire. Throughout his career, Westgate has worked in every aspect of the construction, from the field to commercial to high-end custom homes. To provide clients with the optimal product without sacrificing integrity or deadlines, he maintains positive working relationships with a network of architects, designers, engineers and subcontractors. Westgate is a graduate of Valdosta State University.
Patrick Guyton holds both a B.S. in Organizational Management from John Brown University and a M.B.A. from George Herbert Walker Bush School of Business at Webster University. Guyton’s construction career has often placed him at the center of major projects, including managing hundreds of builds across several states and multi-million dollar projects at Mercato and Grey Oaks Country Club. Guyton continues to facilitate beautiful builds as a project manager with Lykos. Guyton is an avid outdoorsman and proud husband, father, dog-owner and Razorbacks fan.
Bryan Wild is the friendly personality new clients and influencers encounter when they first meet The Lykos Group. Wild has known the Lykos family since back in Michigan, where he worked for Tom’s dad, Sonny. 30 years on, he relocated to rejoin the Lykos team. Wild assures every client absolutely loves the remodeling process. He is active with community associations such as the American Institute of Architects, Building Managers International, Condo Owners and Managers Association and the American Society of Interior Designers. He is also Rotarian, volunteering time to local charities.
Principal & Construction Manager
David Raffa is in the field every day making sure each project is following protocol, staying on schedule and maintaining the highest levels of quality. He started working in the residential construction industry in 1980, when at the age of 17, he was hired as an apprentice to craftsman trained in building custom homes. David quickly advanced through every phase of new construction and remodeling projects. His many projects included highly customized work for large homes and commercial buildings.
At the age of 23, David had already mastered carpentry and stair building. He began purchasing and developing individual properties. For the next ten years, David designed and built numerous custom homes. After living through years of Newport, Rhode Island winters, David chose to move to Florida in 1995 to continue his construction career.
David joined The Lykos Group, Inc. in February of 1995. David has been instrumental to the growth and development of the company. David oversees production for all construction projects. In 2006, David become an owner of the corporation and serves as Vice President of Construction.
Thomas X. Lykos oversees the daily operations at Lykos headquarters, including managing projects and relationships, and protecting the financial interests of every client. Tom has been working in the construction industry since 1983, and he is every bit as passionate today as the day he started. His enthusiasm, ability to deliver on his commitments and dedication to satisfaction create a truly special experience for every client, every time.
In 1992 Tom Lykos moved from Michigan to Naples and started working for his father. In 1999, Tom and his brother bought The Lykos Group, Inc. from their father and turned the company’s focus to large remodeling projects. In 2002, Tom bought out his brother and expanded the project base to commercial remodeling and new custom home construction. Before becoming an owner, Tom gained valuable experience working in the field as a job foreman, and in the office as an estimator and company controller.
Tom Lykos and The Lykos Group, Inc. became members of the Collier Building Industry Association, Florida Home Builders Association and National Association of Home Builders in 1999. In 2009, Tom served as the President of the Collier Building Industry Association. He holds a state Certified General Contractors License. He has earned the National Association of Home Builders Certified Graduate Remodeler, Certified Aging-In-Place and Certified Green Professional designations.
Lead Carpenter/Punch Out Technician
Jerry brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry to The Lykos Group. He previously worked as a journeyman plumber for over two decades and joined The Lykos Group in 2018. As a Lead Carpenter and Punch Out Technician, Jerry’s expertise includes all of the finishing touches on a project including paint, drywall repairs, installation and more. In his free time, Jerry enjoys riding his motorcycle and traveling with his wife.

Naples Team Leader
Gary Hodges brings 30 years of residential construction experience to his role as project manager. Before joining The Lykos Group, he worked throughout Southwest Florida as a designer, project manager and chief estimator. He has also spent time in land development and custom metal fabrication. Gary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Design, with emphasis on drafting, engineering, urban planning and architecture. A careful manager of details, he works with clients to help develop their ideas into finished products. Outside of work, Gary enjoys golf, woodworking and attending church.
Jonathan Aster brings 10 years of construction industry experience to his role as lead carpenter at The Lykos Group. Previously he worked as a carpenter on high-end residential projects, as well as small and large commercial work, including hospitals. He was drawn to The Lykos Group by the quality of our product, the awards we’ve won and the people who work here. Jonathan’s job primarily entails punch-out work as he is training to become a superintendent. He also holds a 10-hour OSHA and many equipment certifications. In his free time, Jonathan spends time with his family and friends, works out and goes to the beach.

Vice President of Construction
With a BA in Construction Management from DePaul and a BA in Business Administration & Operations from the University of Chicago, Mike spent the first 12 years of his career in the Windy City working for a large general contractor. He later moved to the west coast to build hotels. Then he added land development and construction of luxury hotels, multifamily communities, golf courses and marinas to his experience. At Lykos, Mike cultivates an efficient team operation to create beautiful homes for our clients. He enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as any outdoor activity.
Lead Carpenter & Assistant Superintendent
With over 25 years in the industry, Kevin capably wears two hats at The Lykos Group. Before joining our team, he built and installed cabinetry and worked as a trim carpenter. At Lykos, he helps his teammates with punch lists and oversees construction. When not on the job, you’ll find Kevin hunting and fishing.
Originally from the greater Chicago suburbs, Jeff started in the business with a framing company, ultimately becoming a carpenter foreman. He’s owned a framing business as well as a custom home building/remodeling company. As project manager, Jeff acquires proposals, hires subcontractors and vendors, communicates with clients, ensures projects run smoothly and keeps morale high. He enjoys boating, time with his wife and three children, and the occasional round of golf.
Chief Financial Officer
Our finances, accounting, treasury and analysis functions could not be in more capable hands. Robert’s professional and educational backgrounds illustrate his leadership and commitment to results. Before joining our team, he served as CFO for several large construction companies. This Florida State grad has a master’s and doctorate in business administration as well as a master’s in accounting. He’s also a state-certified management account (CMA) and served as a company commander in the US Army. Robert has been married for over 53 years and has passed his sense of duty to his two sons—the older a West Point graduate with an MBA from Duke, and the younger a lieutenant colonel in the US Army Reserve with an MBA from LSU. We’re honored he chose The Lykos Group because of our exceptional reputation for luxury custom home building and remodeling as well as our atmosphere and culture for professional growth.
As project manager, Giovanni brings over 24 years of residential construction experience to The Lykos Group. He was drawn to Lykos by the opportunity and privilege of making clients’ vision a reality. Before joining Lykos, Giovanni worked as a Senior Project Manager in Houston, Texas. Giovanni holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Construction Management. At The Lykos Group, Giovanni ensures the projects are completed in time and within budget, while maintaining the utmost stringent quality controls for a superior home. Outside of work, he enjoys restoring and repurposing old furniture.
Alex brings unique strengths to the Lykos Group team. Working in the industry since 2018, this exceptional assistant superintendent came to us for the opportunity to enhance his skills and grow professionally. He supports superintendents by supervising all activity on the job site, identifying any issues or potential challenges, and helping ensure the safety of subcontractors. Previously, he served in the US Army for four years and is currently in the Army Reserve. He also has experience as a plumber and general contractor under his belt. Alex is literally strong. A competitive powerlifter, he spends his free time training as well as playing with his four dogs.
Vincent knows this industry inside and out—literally. Not only has he spent over 20 years hands on in construction and remodeling as a project manager and general contractor, he’s also an educated and highly experienced landscape architect. With his diverse talents, it’s no surprise the wide range of our projects got him interested in joining us. As project manager, he oversees all phases of new construction and renovations from beginning to completion. In his spare time, he enjoys working on his home and garden, taking long motorcycle trips with his wife, and (occasionally) refreshing his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu skills.
His years working in multiple roles in the cabinetry industry gave Matt a solid education in building materials and related services—and allowed him to develop an even wider set of skills he gained from his previous positions in retail sales. What excited Matt about joining the Lykos Group, beyond his responsibilities as an assistant superintendent, is getting involved in remodeling projects for the first time in his career. When Matt is not ensuring everything that needs to be done on projects gets done on time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Amanda and son Roman as well as pursuing his love of hockey, football and cars.
A self-described “numbers nerd,” Rita manages all general accounting activities including financial reports, invoicing, auditing and recordkeeping. She came to The Lykos Group because of our professionalism and team spirit and boasts 20 years (and counting) of industry experience. Rita has also worked in political marketing. In her free time, she enjoys restoring antique furniture and collecting vintage jewelry.
Searching for a high-end construction company with a sterling reputation was what led James to the Lykos Group. As our project manager, he coordinates all necessary project resources and documentation for every build he’s involved with. In the industry since 1986, James is a certified carpenter contractor in both Pinellas and Collier counties. This fascinating father of two girls is also a professional race car driver and owner as well as a certified scuba diver.
Aaron has been in the industry since he was 17 as a tile helper. He later moved on to remodeling, restoration work (mold/water/fire damage) and construction. At Lykos, he supports superintendents and project managers in successfully keeping project timelines. Aaron also helps manage subcontractors to ensure we fulfill our clients’ expectations and Lykos’ incredibly high standards. He and his wife enjoy golf, surfing, skateboarding and skimboarding.
As operations manager, Michael Ricciardi brings 35 years of experience in the construction and building industries. His role entails overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, including managing systems and planning growth. Before joining The Lykos Group, he ran construction, sales and marketing for a company that grew from building 90 homes per year to over 400 homes. He also ran a successful homebuilding business for 19 years and worked as a homebuilding industry consultant. His desire to work in an organized, ethical and customer-centric environment led him to The Lykos Group. Holding a Bachelor’s in English, he moved to Florida from Saratoga Springs, NY in 2018. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his two daughters, as well as cycling, fitness activities and Krav Maga.
Jeff Mercer brings 15 years of experience in the construction and building industries. His role as project manager entails detailed organization and coordination of a portfolio of residential and commercial remodeling projects. Working directly with clients, he ensures the final product meets not only their needs, but also the promises made to them when they chose The Lykos Group for their project. Before joining Lykos, Jeff worked as a residential rough and finish carpenter, custom cabinet installer, commercial construction superintendent and, most recently, a residential construction project manager. He has a degree in business/construction management and Florida CAM (Community Association Manager) license, as well as a Chief Architect Residential Computer Aided Design software certification. Jeff joined Lykos due to the company’s reputation for high quality service and professionalism on all projects. Outside of work, Jeff spends time with his family, especially on the water boating and fishing. He also enjoys sketching landscapes and wildlife to relax.

As project manager, Tom Lazansky is responsible for the coordination and management of residential remodel and new home construction projects. His role includes the tracking and managing of budgets and schedules, negotiating with and awarding contracts to subcontractors and acting as the primary contact for clients throughout the construction process. Tom brings over 27 years of construction industry experience to The Lykos Group. Before joining the company, he worked as project superintendent and project manager for a custom homebuilder in Denver, Colorado, and then project manager for a builder in Naples specializing in condominium renovations. The Lykos Group’s reputation for quality and professionalism is what attracted Tom to the company. He holds a BS in Liberal Arts from the State University of New York, as well as a Florida Residential Builders License. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, golfing, kayaking with his wife, working on projects for their home and hiking with his dog.
David Clough brings over 30 years of construction and building experience to The Lykos Group. As project manager, he is responsible for making sure every project runs smoothly and is completed on time and on budget. His role entails scheduling all aspects of projects while working directly with clients, subcontractors and Lykos team members. Before joining Lykos, David ran his own high-end residential construction company in Massachusetts and also worked for another construction company in Florida. He joined Lykos due to the company’s high standards when it comes to professionalism, respect and relationships. In his spare time, David enjoys working on cars, spending time with his family and relaxing on Florida’s beautiful beaches.
As Accounting Manager, Karen is responsible for managing the daily financial and accounting operations of The Lykos Group, working closely with the president of the company. Before joining Lykos, Karen worked 5 years in the construction industry after working as a CFO in various industries for 30 years. Her roles included managing daily operations along with all financial and accounting data. In addition, she oversaw HR and recruitment and supervised a staff of over 15 employees, as well as provided internal controls, in-house audits and forensic analysis as needed. Karen holds a BS in Accounting from Rutgers, an MBA in Accounting and Taxation from the University of California, Berkeley and a Ph.D. from Trinity College and Seminary, UK. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and participating in activities with her grandchildren. She also reads, attends events at her church and enjoys her favorite hobby, diamond painting.
Responsible for successful completion of all assigned projects within budget and timeline. Primary responsibility is to ensure that all subcontractors on a job site understand the necessary details of the plan and production schedule for completion.
Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
Assist site superintendents by overseeing construction items in the field. Coordinate and monitor subcontractor work for all areas and all trades and perform construction tasks as assigned by site superintendents.
1+ year construction related and remodeling experience a plus
Paul Hassler brings 39 years of industry experience to The Lykos Group in his role as superintendent. Having previously worked as a contractor and custom builder, Paul offers great attention to detail in his daily responsibilities including the management of project efficiency and consistent communications with inspectors, subcontractors and his fellow Lykos team members. In his spare time, Paul enjoys boating, golfing and spending time with his children.
With over 38 years of industry experience, Michael has served a wide range of roles including project manager, superintendent and VP of operations for both commercial and residential builders. He was attracted to Lykos for its professionalism, friendliness and quality work. In his position as project manager, Michael will engage with industry partners to manage the building process, provide ongoing communications to homeowners and ensure budgets and plans are maintained. In his free time, Michael enjoys rebuilding and restoring classic cars, playing the guitar or spending time on the beach.
Victor brings over 40 years of experience to his role as project manager, overseeing every phase of projects from start to finish. He holds a bachelor’s degree in architectural design and joined us in 2021 to grow professionally. Victor’s career background includes project management responsibilities for companies in interior design, construction and others. When he has free time, Victor enjoys water sports, the beach and most of all—being with his four granddaughters.
Lora is uniquely qualified for her role, providing administrative support to company leader Tom Lykos as well as human resources and marketing tasks. Before joining us, she mastered the art of office administration with responsibilities ranging from human resources to accounting and account management. A certified professional customer service representative with over 15 years in the industry, Lora wanted a career that allowed her to do what she loves—working with a superior company and team. Her other loves—the beach, antiquing, gardening, her dog Musette and time with her two children.
As superintendent, John Goff brings over 40 years of construction industry experience to The Lykos Group. He is responsible for making sure all projects run efficiently and professionally to produce top-quality work. His role also involves constant communication with inspectors, subcontractors and clients, as well as Lykos team members. Before joining Lykos, John worked in home custom building and remodeling throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. He was attracted to Lykos not only for the company’s quality product, but also our entire building process. Away from work, likes to spend time with his wife and family, often at the beach.
As project manager, Kevin Biada brings 20 years of experience going back to working on job sites during summer breaks in high school. He is responsible for preliminary estimating and scheduling, as well as working directly with clients, team members, subcontractors and vendors to ensure a smooth and timely completion for each project. He was drawn to The Lykos Group by the opportunity to keep doing what he loves in the residential industry, but with larger scale projects and a strong team environment. Before Lykos, Kevin worked as a residential superintendent, working his way up to commercial estimator and project manager. He also managed his own residential remodeling company. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s in Building Construction from the University of Florida. Outside of work, he loves weekend family boat days with his wife and two daughters.
Following his father’s footsteps to The Lykos Group, David worked summers doing demo in high school, then came on board full-time as an assistant superintendent and was promoted to superintendent. Following a 4-year break to pursue a career in the automotive field, he returned to his position as superintendent in 2017. Overseeing all aspects of construction including scheduling, supervising, and ensuring quality, David is also the primary contact for the customer once their job goes into production.
As project manager for upscale remodels and new construction, John Burlazzi is a 30-year veteran of the project development and construction industries. His role includes project development, early estimating, budgeting and scheduling, field operations management and other aspects of the building industry. John also held various executive positions working in the public and private sectors during his professional career. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering. His regard for quality, integrity, professionalism and client satisfaction have attracted him to the Lykos Group. John balances work with his free time with interests in spending time with family, friends and professional colleagues, skiing, bowling, mill-working and gravitation towards architecture.
A graduate of the Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Adams will soon mark 30 years supervising and managing projects across the entire scope of the construction industry. Adams has put his years of experience to the task of completing beautiful homes for Lykos clients since 2012. As construction supervisor, he maintains close relationships with both subcontractors and client to assure the project is completed in a timely manner. When away from work, Adams enjoys traveling or boating with his friends and family.
