Job Description Summary:
Responsible for managing and coordinating all necessary project resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle from project development to completion of construction. Responsible for ensuring every assigned project is completed with a high level of quality construction & customer service, on time and on budget.

Job Description Summary:
Responsible for successful completion of all assigned projects within budget and timeline. Primary responsibility is to ensure that all subcontractors on a job site understand the necessary details of the plan and production schedule for completion. This position oversees the on-site work of all subcontractors to ensure compliance with all plans and specifications.
Skills Required:
Must be able to read and interpret drawings and blueprints
Must possess strong knowledge of construction and remodeling processes, methods, and materials
Must possess average computer skills
Must have above-average management skills
Must have solid knowledge of all construction tradesEducation: High School Degree. Bachelors Degree preferred
Experience: 5+ years of construction-related and remodeling experience
