Our production process ensures that work is done in the proper sequence. As our client, you will receive weekly progress pictures so you can watch your project unfold. The job foreman responsible for your home will communicate with you on a regular basis and will always be available for any inquiries you may have during the course of your renovation.

Mobilization and Site Prep
  1. Preconstruction conference: with homeowner, production staff and salesperson to review construction specifications, plans, site conditions and special directions
  2. Homeowner furnishings and personal property packed and moved off site or stored on site
  3. Load up and deliver prep materials, tools and equipment to the site
  4. Cover and protect common areas in condo buildings
  5. Cover and protect home finishes that will not be changed out
  6. Cover and protect house driveway
  7. Identify and prepare area for dumpster, chemical toilet, materials and parking
Demolition
  1. Removal of appliances and other fixtures that are not permanently installed
  2. Removal of plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, bath accessories, door hardware and bathroom glass
  3. Removal of cabinets and countertops
  4. Removal of interior doors and trim
  5. Removal of floor and wall coverings
  6. Removal of drywall
  7. Removal of non-load bearing framing
  8. Removal of exterior siding and roofing
  9. Removal of load bearing structural members
  10. Removal of exterior home features, driveways, landscaping, etc
Concrete & Masonry
  1. Excavation

Rough Carpentry
  1. Frame roofs and exterior walls

Rough-in

Finish Carpentry
  1. Install interior doors

Countertops

The final phase of your project is called the walk-thru and punch-out phase. You will meet your project manager at the jobsite and walk through the job to detect any additional work and address any questions you may have regarding the work. Once the punch out list has been completed, your project is 100% complete.
